Applied Health – May Water Challenge

Atlanta, GA, June 1, 2010

As the temperatures heat up into the 90’s, a concern on everybody’s mind is hydration. At our Atlanta office, the Applied Health team members decided to drink down the ounces of pure H20. Each team member brought in a mystery prize and weekly winners were awarded. Overall, daily water consumption (not including any beverages other than water) was at varying levels but the winner, William Bryan,  drank on average 80 oz of water each work day.

Each month, a new theme is selected for the team.

This Month: Poetry – each day one of the team members will recite a short poem and educate the team on the author.
