Insurance Benefits
Applied Health offers a comprehensive health insurance plan through Blue Cross Blue Shield that includes medical, dental, vision, chiropractic, and prescription coverage. Dependent coverage, including domestic partner coverage, is also available.
Supplemental Insurance
Applied Health offers several supplemental insurance policies in addition to your primary health insurance policy that are available to all Applied Health employees. These policies allow you to customize your insurance protection according to your needs. Options include short-term disability, accident protection, critical illness insurance, and life insurance.
Professional Liability and Worker’s Compensation Insurance
Both are paid 100% by Applied Health.
Travel Reimbursements
Applied Health offers travel reimbursement to our traveling employees. Reimbursement is based on actual mileage traveled from one assignment to another.
Licensure Assistance
Applied Health will reimburse you for all of the expenses related to obtaining state licensure for your assignment. In addition, our staff support team will guide you through the licensure process for the state that you want to work in.
401(k)
You will be eligible to participate in Applied Health’s 401(k) retirement plan after 60 days of employment. The 401(k) plan allows to you conveniently save for your retirement and reduces your taxable income. To help you reach your retirement savings goals, Applied Health matches a percentage of your contributions every year.
Sign-on and Completion Bonuses
Applied Health offers a sign-on bonus after 60 days of employment and a completion bonus at the end of you assignment. Amounts vary depending upon experience and location.
Referral Bonus
Many of our candidates come to us by referrals. Our employees enjoy working for us and want to spread the word. We’d like to thank you for referring your professional associates by offering a $500 bonus for referred candidates who have worked for us fulltime for over 90 days.
Continuing Education
Continuing education is necessary for all health care professionals. Each year, our employees have the option of receiving are provided with $500 or more for continuing education.
